How is the hair sold by BLND?
BLND provides the customer with options to buy hair by the weft or by the pack, so that our customers can have creative freedom and are able to mix and match their colors.
Can the hair be colored?
Our hair is 100% silicone free and can be colored or toned. We do not recommend putting lightener on the hair, as it can be extremely damaging.
BLND Hair Co. does not guarantee the hair after it has been colored.
What is the proper way to care for BLND extensions?

Can sunscreen alter the color of extensions?
Sunscreens that contain AVOBENZONE will alter the color of extensions. When using sunscreen, make sure you're using one that does not contain AVOBENZONE.
BLND Hair Co. is not responsible for hair that had been altered from sunscreen.
Does BLND have a warranty on it's products?
Although BLND offers high quality hair extensions, proper hair care is required to keep the integrity and longevity of the hair. Learn more here.
BLND Hair Co. warranty expires after 6 months, and reserved the right to deny the warranty of worn hair.
BLND Hair Co. does not guarantee the hair after it has been colored.
Shipping & Returns

What shipping options does BLND offer?
BLND Hair Co. provides two shipping options:
- USPS Ground Advantage | 2-5 day shipping, once fulfilled - $10
- USPS Priority Express | 1-2 day shipping, once fulfilled - $30
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
BLND customers will receive two emails: one when the order is received, and one when the order is shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received before 12:00 PM CT will be shipped same day. All orders placed after 12:00 PM CT will be shipped the next day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of federal holidays.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes, we do offer local pick up in Sallisaw, OK or Ft. Smith, AR.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the receipt if the product meets the following criteria:
The hair has NOT been worn, damaged or removed from the original packaging.
Note:If the product has been opened or used, it will be sent back to the customer.
