Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping
BLND Hair Co. provides two shipping options:
- USPS Ground Advantage | 2-5 day shipping, once fulfilled - $10
- USPS Priority Express | 1-2 day shipping, once fulfilled - $30
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, with the exception of federal holidays.
Orders received before 12:00pm CT will be shipped same day. All orders placed after 12:00pm CT will be shipped the next business day.
Local pickup will be in Sallisaw, OK or Ft. Smith, AR.
Returns
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the receipt if the product meets the following criteria:
The hair has NOT been worn, damaged or removed from the original packaging.
Note: If the product has been opened or used, it will be sent back to the customer.
How to Return a Product
Complete all required sections in the form below.
When your return is approved, a return label will be sent to you via email. Please print the label, attach it to the package you are returning, and drop it off at a USPS facility.
Once we receive, we will:
- For Returns, credit your account used for the original payment.
- For Exchanges, call to take the shipping fee over the phone and ship out the replacement product.
BLND Hair Co. is not responsible for shipping for exchanges, we do cover the cost of the return label to send back your return/exchange.
